Preventative Maintenance
Here at The Barcode Specialist we provide what is known as a 'Preventative' Maintenance Contract for your thermal barcode printers. This entails a one off annual fee which covers you for service calls to ensure that your barcode printer is working to its maximum capability.
The name, as it suggests, helps to prevent unnecessary breakdowns that can stop production and cause costly delays to important orders. Within the service, one of our fully qualified engineers will complete a 32 point check of the machine and make recommendations of parts that may be required immediately or in the near future. Also, our supervisory and technical staff will be available for consultation whenever necessary without extra charge.
